We wanted to let you know about a new feature we've just added to My Wedding Workbook Pro. Now you can create a master list of suggested tasks that you can add to your clients' calendars. For a tutorial on the Suggested Tasks feature, login to your account and visit the Help section.
Here's how it works.
In the "My Account" section of your planner, you'll now see a new tool called "Master Lists/Templates." Within this tool, you'll find a template called "Client Suggested Tasks Master List." You can edit this master list to include all the tasks that you may want to place on a client's calendar.
Once you've created your master list, you can go into a client's account, and click the new "Add Suggested Tasks to Client Calendar" tool.
From here, you can import tasks from your master list and select the tasks that are applicable to the particular client, or you can add a task unique to this client by clicking "Add New Tasks."
When you're finished adding tasks, just click "Save and insert into Client Calendar," and all of the selected and added tasks will be inserted into your client's calendar on the specified date.
