We wanted to let you know about a new calendar feature we’ve added to My Wedding Workbook Pro. If you have multiple planners or employees in your company, you can now view each other's calendar events by checking one or all planner calendars.
Here's how it works.
When you create a new task, you have the option to select whether the task is public or private (all tasks are private by default). If you select the "public" setting, this new task will then be visible to other planners in your company who select to view your calendar appointments. If you select the "private" setting, only you will be able to view the task.
