We just wanted to drop a note and let you know about a new feature we've added to My Wedding Workbook Pro. Now, your clients' budgets are completely customizable!
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
In your "My Account" section, you'll now be able to create a template called "Client Budget Template." With this tool, you can add all of the categories and budget items that you may want to include in a client's budget. For a tutorial on the new budget template, log in and visit the help section in the planner area of the workbook.
In addition to the new templates, now all of your client's budget information will be centralized in one, convenient location on the budgets tab of their workbook. And for each client, you'll have the ability to import your template into their workbook and customize it based on your client's needs. For a more detailed tutorial on the updated client budgets, log in and visit the help section in the client workbook.
We've also updated Budget Reports. You can now run budget reports including Itemized Budget By Vendor and Itemized Budget By Party Responsible for each of your clients.
