The guest list tool got a facelift!
Now all of your clients' Guest List information is centralized in one, convenient location on the Guest List tab of the workbook.
We've added several new features to your guest list tools:
- Now you can track invitation wording (inner and outer envelope) and print a Calligrapher PDF to send straight to your Calligrapher!
- The new Quick Invite page makes inviting guests to an event easier than ever. You can check a single box to invite multiple guests to any event in one easy step.
- Plus, there's a new Notes Area to track essential information for each family, and you can store an email for each individual guest in the list.
- Finally, the new Gifts and Thank-You PDF makes tracking wedding gifts and thank-you cards a snap.
And we've updated the existing guest list tools:
- In addition to the newly improved user interface, we've added additional sort options so you can view each list in a variety of ways.
- The printable guest list PDF and Import/Export features have been upgraded as well and now include fields for customizable primary/companion titles and individual guest emails.
- Finally, look for the improved RSVP overview area at the top of the guest list and simplified gift and thank you tracking!
