The new finance tools are up and ready for you to start using at My Wedding Workbook Pro. These include features for creating and managing proposals/estimates and invoices as well managing your business finances. And tomorrow look for new tutorial videos in the Help section to walk you through these new features.
Here's a short overview of how these tools work...
First, click on the "My Account" link in the top right-hand corner and then go to "Finances Setup." Here you can enter master descriptions and pricing for your packages and services; create custom income and expense categories; and cut-and-paste in your contractual terms-and-conditions for future inclusion into proposals.
Once you've set this up, use the tools under the new "Finances" tab of your account's main navigation to manage all of your business's finances, including your:
Money In/Money Out Register
With this register, you can record all of your income and expenses as well as track your profit and loss via quick-view screens and detailed reports.
Proposals
Customizable proposals allow you to add packages, services, contracts and whatever else you may need in a proposal. And you can easily print or email each proposal straight to your clients.
Invoices
Bill for anything - from packages and services to time tracked, reimbursable expenses and even custom line items. Even track markups (but don't worry, markups will never display to your clients). Then, print, email or schedule invoices to be sent to your clients.
Financial Reports
Finally, you can run new reports for your finances, including: profit and loss statements filtered by date; income by client; open invoices; and billed vs. unbilled time.
